How to ask for help.

ok, so ur here because uv obviously got someone/people that have disoybayed a rule and you dont know what type of punishment they diserve..correct?
But you dont know how to ask for help? there is a general guideline below

Users name
What the user did wrong
What YOU and youre admin/mods think they diserve to get
Is he a repete offender? if so, How many times
(optional) forum address/link
Anything else you would like to add

Note: Once it has been resolved it will be locked, and the user that requested the help MUST put the "solved" button onto topic name(by editing the first post, under the name click the solved button)
and willl then be locked by a moderator and/or administrator.

If it goes without being resolved for 3-4 months, the topic will be moved to the "basket" and be moved back to here in about 1 month.
Hence forth it will appear new to most users.

I'd love to edit that and clean it up for you.
